Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AOV/MOV Supervisor to join our team at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a nuclear power plant and will be responsible for supervising field and shop welding activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate AOV/MOV technicians in the execution of maintenance tasks

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans

Monitor and report on work progress and performance

Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities
Requirements:
-
Experience in AOV/MOV maintenance and supervision

Prior experience working in a nuclear power plant, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong knowledge of nuclear power plant operations and maintenance practices

Excellent leadership and supervision skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
