Project: Maintenance Outage ( March 2025)
Mobilization: January 2025
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced I&C Supervisor to join our team for the maintenance outage at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate instrumentation and control (I&C) maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate I&C technicians in the execution of maintenance tasks

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans

Monitor and report on work progress and performance

Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities
Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience in I&C maintenance and supervision
-
Prior experience working in a nuclear power plant or similar industrial setting

Strong knowledge of I&C systems and maintenance practices

Excellent leadership and supervision skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
