Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Technicians with a strong background in valve maintenance and repair to join our team at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of mechanical equipment, including valves, pumps, and other related systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of mechanical equipment, including valves, pumps, and other related systems

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify solutions

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment

Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure effective maintenance and repair of mechanical systems

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Required Skills:
-
Strong experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly with valves

Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and piping

Familiarity with nuclear power plant operations and safety procedures

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Required Qualifications and Experience:

5-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with a focus on valve maintenance and repair

Prior experience in a nuclear power plant or similar industrial setting

Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience
