Contract Duration: 3 years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Equipment Reliability Engineer to support a long-term nuclear power project for our client on a 3-year assignment. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining INPO AP-913–aligned equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs to enhance plant safety, reliability, and performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to optimize preventive maintenance strategies, monitor equipment health, and reduce functional failures of critical plant systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a US nuclear utility project while applying advanced reliability engineering practices in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support INPO AP-913 Equipment Reliability Programs
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) strategies based on equipment criticality and performance history
- Analyze equipment failures, trends, and condition indicators
- Support system health reporting and reliability reviews
- Interface with maintenance, operations, and corrective action programs (CAP)
- Utilize SAP and related systems to support reliability decision-making
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate Engineer qualification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant plant engineering experience
- Proven experience in equipment reliability and PM optimization
- Hands-on application of INPO AP-913
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industrial environments preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Endevor E-Strategy
