Instrument & Control (I&C) Training Instructor – Nuclear Facility (USA)

Location: Palisades Nuclear Generating Station
Job Type: Onsite Contract
Duration: Through November 2026
Openings: 2 Positions

We are seeking experienced Instrument & Control (I&C) Training Instructors for an accredited nuclear training program in the United States.

The selected candidates will deliver structured technical training to Instrumentation & Control technicians in accordance with accredited nuclear standards and federal regulations. This role requires hands-on experience in curriculum development, performance evaluation, and On-The-Job Training (OJT) execution.

Key Requirements:

  • INPO or site-certified instructor preferred
  • 5+ years delivering I&C training in nuclear or heavy industrial environments
  • 5+ years as an Instrument & Control Technician or Supervisor
  • Experience developing and implementing accredited training programs
  • Experience conducting OJT and performance evaluations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Physical Science preferred (or equivalent experience)

Nuclear industry background is strongly preferred.
