Contract Duration: 3 years
About the Role
We are also looking for a Senior Equipment Reliability Engineer with an SRO License to support equipment reliability initiatives from an for our client on a 3-year assignment. This role combines deep reliability engineering expertise with licensed reactor operations experience at a PWR nuclear power plant.
This position is ideal for professionals who can bridge engineering and operations, ensuring that AP-913 reliability strategies are practical, risk-informed, and aligned with real plant operating conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in equipment reliability and AP-913 program implementation
- Apply operational experience to optimize preventive maintenance strategies
- Support system health monitoring and reliability performance reviews
- Interface effectively with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance leadership
- Provide operational insight into equipment performance, transients, and failure response
- Support continuous improvement initiatives impacting nuclear safety and availability
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of nuclear plant operating experience
- Valid or previously held Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License
- Operating experience at a PWR nuclear power plant
- Strong expertise in equipment reliability and preventive maintenance optimization (AP-913)
- Proficiency in SAP and Endevor E-Strategy
