Electrical Maintenance Training Instructor – Nuclear Facility (USA)

Location: Palisades Nuclear Generating Station
Job Type: Onsite Contract
Duration: Through November 2026
Openings: 2 Positions

We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Training Instructors for an accredited nuclear training program in the United States.

The selected candidates will deliver structured technical training to Electrical Maintenance technicians in accordance with accredited nuclear standards and federal regulations. This role requires hands-on experience in curriculum development, performance evaluation, and On-The-Job Training (OJT) execution.

Key Requirements:

  • INPO or site-certified instructor preferred
  • 5+ years delivering Electrical Maintenance training in nuclear or heavy industrial environments
  • 5+ years as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or Supervisor
  • Experience developing and implementing accredited training programs
  • Experience conducting OJT and performance evaluations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Physical Science preferred (or equivalent experience)

Nuclear industry background is strongly preferred.
