Job Title: E-Learning Specialist
Department: Training
Location: UAE
Reports To: Training Director
Summary:
The E-Learning Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering e-learning courses for the training center. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design and e-learning development, as well as experience in developing and delivering nuclear power training courses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver e-learning courses on a variety of topics, including nuclear power plant systems and procedures, SAT preparation, maintenance, and outages.
- Create and manage e-learning content, such as videos, animations, and interactive exercises.
- Work with the LMS Analyst to integrate e-learning courses into the LMS.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning courses and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in e-learning development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in e-learning development.
- Experience in developing and delivering nuclear power training courses is a plus.
- Excellent instructional design and e-learning development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with popular e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with developing and delivering e-learning courses for a variety of audiences, including nuclear power plant personnel, maintenance workers, and students.
- Experience with using learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track e-learning courses.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
- Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of e-learning courses is a plus.
