Job Title: LMS Analyst

Department: Training

Location: UAE

Reports To: Training Manager

Summary:

The LMS Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the training center’s learning management system (LMS). The ideal candidate will have experience with LMS administration and configuration, as well as experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the LMS.
  • Develop and deliver e-learning courses.
  • Create and manage user accounts in the LMS.
  • Assign and track training courses for users.
  • Generate reports on LMS usage and activity.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide support to users.
  • Work with the training team to develop and implement new LMS features and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in LMS administration and configuration.
  • Experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with popular LMS platforms, such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Moodle, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning in the context of nuclear power training.
  • Experience with developing and delivering e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with using LMS reporting tools to generate and analyze data on LMS usage and activity.
  • Experience with troubleshooting LMS issues and providing support to users.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.

  • Candidates will be interviewed by the Training Director and other members of the training team.
